The ASGBC is guided by three governing documents, the ASGBC Constitution, ASGBC Bylaws, and the ASGBC Financial Code. The Constitution establishes the powers, authority, and mission of the ASGBC. The Bylaws provides for rules, procedures, functions, and duties otherwise not enumerated within the Constitution.  The Financial Code provides for rules, and procedures for the Services and Activities Fee process and how to properly use student funds.
